1. Orders & payment

  • At checkout you send the price to our listed number (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay) and enter the transaction ID.
  • Your order stays “Pending” until we verify the payment. A wrong transaction ID or an underpayment may cause the order to be cancelled.
  • The price shown is final; any mobile-banking charge on your side is yours to bear.

2. Delivery

  • Once payment is verified, your download link, licence key or access details are emailed to the address on the order and also shown on the order-tracking page.
  • Delivery is usually within 1 hour during working hours and at most 24 hours.
  • You are responsible for giving a correct email address. Please also check your spam / promotions folder.
  • For security, download links may expire. If yours does, contact us and we will issue a new one.

3. Licence & use

  • You may use each product under the licence stated on its page (for example personal use, 1 outlet, 2 devices).
  • Sharing, reselling or publishing the files, licence keys or accounts is not allowed.
  • We may revoke a licence and close access if these rules are broken.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscription products run for a fixed period (monthly / yearly). Nothing is charged automatically — to renew you place a new order.
  • We send an email reminder before your period ends.

5. Privacy

  • Your name, phone and email are used only to process the order, deliver the product and give support.
  • We never ask for your mobile-banking PIN or password.

6. Limitation of liability

  • Products are supplied as described on their page. We do not guarantee any business result from using a product.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
