Refund Policy

When you get a refund or replacement
- You paid but did not receive your delivery within 24 hours — full refund, or we complete the order.
- The download is corrupt, will not open, or the licence key does not work — replacement, and a refund if we cannot fix it.
- The product differs materially from its description — tell us within 7 days and we will consider a refund.
- You accidentally bought the same product twice (two separate payments) — one is refunded.
When a refund does not apply
- You downloaded the files or used the licence key and then changed your mind — digital products cannot be returned, so these are not refundable.
- Device or software incompatibility that was stated on the product page beforehand.
- Breach of the licence terms (sharing, resale).
- Subscriptions, once the period has started: the unused portion is not refunded.
How to ask
- Contact 01970-222573 (WhatsApp / phone) or hello@metagendigital.com with your order ID.
- Approved refunds are sent to the mobile-banking number you paid from within 3 working days.
